1 very ripe pear
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground ginger… more if you like it REALLY spicy 😉
24 ounces lemon seltzer (the unsweetened type)
Peel the pear and remove the core. Puree the pear, honey, and ginger in a blender until completely smooth, about 1 full minute. Divide the pear mixture between 4 glasses and add 6 ounces of lemon seltzer to each. Stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
